**Twin Anchors Houseboat Vacations Policy**

You are responsible for fuel, insurance, park fee levy, septic
pump out, food and beverages, and your journey to and from our resort.

A deposit of $500.00 is due within ten days after booking. Upon your arrival at Twin Anchors a
$4,500.00 damage deposit is required (only credit card deposits will be accepted), which is
refundable at the end of your charter providing there are no damages. Please refer to
twinanchors.com for more details.

The CRUISECRAFT™ IV is self-contained featuring a fully equipped galley, 5 staterooms, 2
bathrooms, a residential range, refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, clothes washer & dryer, home
entertainment system including CD stereo, TV/DVD, VHF communication, propane BBQ, fireplace,
Bimini top, bridge deck command center and hot tub.

This vacation is available in the 2027 sailing season, dependent upon availability, with the exception of long weekends.

• Please note: Ending your houseboat vacation outside of normal return days or return hours
will result in a $500 fee to cover staffing costs.
